The Human Manual was founded in May 2007 and launched officially in December 2008 with the vision of being the cure to your mobile phone frustration.
For over 15 years we have been using mobile phones and the powerful technology available but the levels of support has not changed. We still have the dreaded written manual which often has little information to support our query and are generally quite difficult to follow – hence the reason why we thought that you’ll enjoy it better if you could see what to press.
The Human Manual was founded by Andrew Martin who is our Founder & Director and has a wealth of experience and knowledge from working within the industry for many large corporate companies.
The people behind the website are true mobile phone experts who support in excess of 8,000 mobile phone users a month through over 400 video tutorials and a online technical support suite. We produce tutorials for leading brands such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, LG Mobile, Samsung, Apple, BlackBerry/RIM, Google, and HTC covering everything from set-up to PC Synchronisation.
Our aim is to simplify technology and bring life to your mobile phone through our tutorials. We welcome you to contact us or read our blogs of our experiences with technology.
The Human Manual is a product of 519 Consultancy Limited, which is a consumer electronics training & development company.
