Phones 4U are to launch a new online community called uBar to help engage open dialogue with their target market – youth.
The new online community will reward the participants for their feedback in the surveys and various research initiatives. Phones 4U hope to gain fundamental insight into the buying habits and trends plus this will help the National retailer to secure more targeted products and tariffs.
Phones 4U head of customer insight, Graeme Ford said: ‘The uBar puts power into the hands of our customers, giving them a voice and a platform with which to tell us what we’re doing well, and more importantly what we could do better.”
